Who We Are

Proud of its outstanding leaders and members, JEPPCA has played an instrumental role in elevating ethical standards and professionalism within the overseas employment industry. While several manpower industry groups in the Philippines are either focused on specific countries or driven by particular purposes, JEPPCA uniquely encompasses both aspects, striving to become a recognized advocate for employment opportunities for Filipinos of diverse skills, including professionals, technical interns, and all other legally-recognized job roles.

Shortly after its formation, JEPPCA organized a business conference in Manila, which brought together Philippine manpower groups and JEPPCA’s counterpart-entity from Japan. The conference, held in November 2015, gathered CEOs, company executives, and decision- makers from various Japanese companies, fostering a sense of camaraderie among representatives from Japanese employment firms and Philippine licensed agencies. The event not only promoted employment opportunities in Japan for Filipinos but also served as a platform for knowledge exchange between Japanese companies, Filipino manpower providers, and government regulators such as the Philippine Overseas Employment Administration (POEA) and the Embassy of Japan in Manila.
